The building will be constructed on the available land which is owned by the Valley Vineyard Church.  The facility will be sized to maximize the size of the building with a target footprint of Six to Eight thousand square feet.  A proposed diagram is shown in figure 1.  This facility will allow for counseling, potential sensory room for Autistic children as well an open area to allow for banquets and open floor meetings.  The desire is to maintain flexibility to allow the maximization of the facility to meet the needs of the at-risk families and other potential users of the facility, which would include moveable partitions that can be closed off to maintain meeting spaces and workshops for students and families.

Computer equipment funding has been procured through a grant and are available to purchase and install once the building has been completed.  In some cases, these equipment purchases can happen earlier since the funds are allocated.

To pay for this center it is the desire of the Board to first seek out grants in which funds could be secured to maximize the capital to build the building, and the difference from the cost to initial grants will be filled in through a capital campaign, and if there are still not sufficient funds, a bank loan will be sought.  The board has already sought the assistance of a local bank  and the loan could be obtained and secured through a preliminary approval.  It is the desire of the board to acquire 75% of the funds of the building costs before ground is broken.
